Specific project experience includes new construction and reconstruction encompassing seismic repair of buildings and bridges, public works projects, industrial facilities, light rail, schools, hospitals, prisons, casinos, commercial buildings, water treatment plants, and land development projects. Specific technical knowledge includes: Engineers and Architects Practice Acts, Business & Professions Code, Contractors State Licensing Board Rules & Regulations, contracts, notices of potential claims - Cal Trans, HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical systems, roofing, structural concrete, structural steel, welding, framing, various types of roofing, interior and exterior finishes, post tensioning, structural window systems, structural wall panels, piping, equipment, retaining walls, site work, landscaping and irrigation systems.
