Donald O'Dell has been a Florida attorney since 1978 handling construction, commercial and insurance matters. He is a mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida with numerous mediations in a variety of areas. His practice includes the representation of both commercial and residential contractors with experience in residential home warranty matters. His location in Orlando allows him to be available in Tampa, Palm Beach, or Jacksonville. Mr. Olivier has over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. Licensed in Colorado, California, and the District of Columbia, he has resolved many issues involving commercial and residential construction through litigation, settlement, arbitration or mediation. Bill gained practical experience in construction serving as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers.

David is an attorney licensed in Florida and Ohio and also holds a Florida State Certified General Contractors license. With 14 years of construction experience, his legal practice focuses on resolution of construction and real estate matters.
