The CDRS Arbitration Training course is a generic arbitration course that is designed to train all individuals to become arbitrators or to train individuals who may specify arbitration in their contracts and wish to become familiar with the arbitration process. The CDRS Arbitration Rules and Procedures are generic in nature and do not specifically relate to the construction industry. Role plays and training exercises center around construction issues, however, the arbitration training courses can be attended by all industries. Participants may attend the courses only with the permission of CDRS.
