James J. Baranello has been a general contractor and a panelist for the American Arbitration Association specializing in construction arbitration for more than forty years. The cases involved Private, Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Public Works disputes ranging from $75,000 to $10,000,000. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mr. Baranello also has vast experience in Commercial Property Management.

Leslie has worked in government compliance construction matters since 2002; NYC government since 1987. Ms. Cardona has recruited and instructed contractors and subcontractors in EEO issues.
She works as an ADR independent contractor. She is affiliated with CLUSTER as a mediator. Leslie attended CUNY Law School and has legal experience, primarily in governmental civil matters.

James (Jay) Cronin has been active in the residential building and remodeling industry for over 25 years from design through finished construction. Jay has also worked in the engineering field, managed commercial buildings and has experience in negotiating and formulating construction contracts, commercial lease contracts and has a specialization in Home Energy matters.

Steven Kempisty

Christopher W. Dobson has been involved with residential and commercial construction for over 30 years.  Starting out as a draftsman for a Saratoga, New York architectural firm; he soon joined a large general contractor firm in Albany, New York becoming a project manager. He then formed his own construction and building materials company in 1991.

Mr. Iacovangelo has been an attorney in commercial, multi-family, and residential ownership and management since 1974. He is a past President and member of the Rochester Homebuilders Association. He is also a member of the Construction Liability Committe with the National Association of Homebuilders. He constructed over 2,800 new homes and townhomes over 35 years.

Mr. Steven Kempisty has been a practicing arbitration judge for over seven years in New York State. Mr. Kempisty serves on the Syracuse City Court’s Arbitration program dealing with housing issues and matters of commercial small claims. Mr. Kempisty is also affiliated with the Better Business Bureau and is a college instructor in central New York.

Dean is designated a Certified Green Professional by the National Association of Home Builders. Expertise is in building science and home performance. His company has been building residential custom homes since 2006. He is 2016 president of the Buffalo Niagara Builders Association. Previous experiences include Director of Sales for a world wide information technology provider.
 

Randy Lee, an active real estate attorney in NYC, has developed/constructed more than 5,000 units, including several Low Income Tax Credit and commercial rental projects.   He is past Chairman of the BIANYC, a Senior Life Director of NAHB, and a member of the BIANYC and NYSBA Homebuilders Hall of Fame.

Richard is a certified BPI building performance contractor, a HERS rater, NYS code official and licensed home inspector. His company performs energy audits on residential and commercial buildings, and installs energy efficient upgrades, and is a member of the United States Green Building Council. He has been an arbitrator for almost 10 years, and is an expert witness.
