Keith Burn grew up working for his family’s construction company in New Mexico and put his practical experience to work by specializing in the area of construction law. He is an accomplished arbitrator, mediator and litigator in construction matters and he has represented design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners for 33 years.

Barry J. Byrnes is an experienced construction lawyer and business owner. He has over twenty years experience in the construction industry. For over forty years Howard A. Feldman has been responsible for claims prevention, mitigation and resolution services that are provided to owners, contractors, architects, engineers, and other construction-related trades worldwide. Jerry Huckaby has forty-five plus years of varied construction experience.

Scott Hughes is Director of ADR Programs & Dickason Professor of Law at University of New Mexico School of Law.  Scott teaches ADR full time and trains mediators in the U.S. and Europe.  Scott trains for CDRS in the Advanced ADR and Dispute Review Board Training Courses.  Scott is a professional mediator, facilitator, and arbitrator.

Steve King began his career in construction-related businesses in 1975 in Phoenix, AZ. He holds New Mexico contractor’s licenses and numerous positions with construction-related associations. He continues to serve on the boards of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico and the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association.
