Mr. Arkin, a founding Member of the Dispute Resolution (formerly “Review”) Board Foundation, is an attorney, mediator, and Chartered Arbitrator. He has had extensive experience in construction and commercial arbitration and litigation both in the United States and internationally. He holds the highest professional legal rating, “AV,” and is admitted to the US Supreme Court. 

Ira Bornstein has spent his entire career handling complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction litigation. He has represented all parties to the construction process and has handled all aspects of construction-commercial, industrial, residential, schools, hotels, power plants and arenas. He is licensed in Colorado, Illinois and New York and is “AV” rated.

Mr. Burton has been involved in building and real estate industry for over 27 years. He holds a Class A general contractor’s license. His experience covers all areas of residential and commercial construction from land acquisition and building design through project completion. This experience allows him to better understand, explore solutions and resolve construction issues.

A professional mediator since 1998, he brings a unique scientific perspective to the table.  He worked his way through college on various construction projects and as an inspector on water and sewer line construction. During his hydrogeologic consulting years, Mr. Cerrillo developed his mediation/facilitation skills while serving as a project and office manager. 

Mr. Finney has been actively involved in residential construction. He is currently an active and licensed General Contractor in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Finney also holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Mr. Finney’s comprehensive experience and passion to see disputes resolved enable him to bring expertise and positive solutions to construction problems.

Rick Greenleaf has practiced exclusively in construction law for 20 of the last 25 years of his legal career. Licensed in Colorado and Texas, he has represented every participant in the construction process and understands the interrelationship between all of the players. He is also heavily involved in the training of Alternative Dispute Resolution providers.

David is an architect with a long history of working with teams of engineers, consultants, governing municipalities, and clients which has given him a seasoned approach to problem solving. He offers a tremendous amount of wisdom and his search for positive solutions, combined with his willingness to listen, have mitigated difficulties in the design and construction process.

Mr. Olivier has over 25 years of experience in ADR as a litigant and as an arbitrator/mediator. Licensed in Colorado, California, and the District of Columbia, he has litigated many issues involving commercial and residential construction law. He also gained practical experience in construction projects as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers.
