All Mediators and Arbitrators create and use their own set of rules and procedures to conduct their mediation or arbitration proceedings.  CDRS has developed a set of rules and procedures that we believe to be one of the most user friendly and simple to understand that are being used in the alternate dispute resolution industry today.
